Services

We provide dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, and related textile care. Guide prices on the website are indicative; the price confirmed at drop-off or in writing applies. We may decline items that are unsuitable for our processes.

Drop-off and collection

Please check care labels and empty pockets before leaving garments. Collection requires your ticket or equivalent identification. Uncollected items may be stored for a reasonable period; after notice, we may charge storage or dispose of abandoned goods as allowed by law.

Turnaround

Estimated ready times are given in good faith and may change if a garment needs extra treatment or parts. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Care and liability

We take reasonable care with textiles left with us. Pre-existing wear, manufacturing faults, or undisclosed damage may limit what we can achieve. Claims should be raised promptly when collecting. Liability is limited to what Swedish mandatory law allows; we do not guarantee specific stain removal results.

Disputes

We aim to resolve issues directly. Consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or relevant EU ODR tools where applicable. Courts in Sweden have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
